90-minute COOKING classes
Each plant-based cooking class starts with an overview of optimum health, anti-aging and vegan food. These classes are presented in a lively and fun Demonstration Format. Many students have questions about preparing vegan food, so the classes teach in a style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a minimum of three simple recipes every time. Each cooking class finishes with a tasting of the days creations and a Q&A. All vegan cooking classes remain gluten-free and usually soy-free. Vegan Chef Ron Russell is the co-owner of SunCafe, in Studio City/Los Angeles.
